A Legacy of the Word. The proclamation of the Word of God is at the heart of our faith community. Historically the congregation has called leaders with a gift in this area and allowed them the time and energy to engage in preparation. Sunday by Sunday for over one hundred years they have faithfully offered thoughtful and challenging sermons by bringing timeless Biblical truths to bear on the situations and challenges we face in the world. At Yorkminster Park the community gathers with a sense of expectation to be challenged and inspired and engaged by the Living Word, Jesus Christ.
